Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect and automate our marketing engine in a remote-first environment. You’ll drive AI-assisted automation, replace manual processes, and partner across marketing, sales, and business teams to reduce friction and build scalable, data-driven workflows.

You’ll manage Marketo and Salesforce integrations, troubleshoot funnel issues, and iteratively improve programs with AI.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo experience in fast-paced B2B environments.
• Experience using AI tools to automate MarOps workflows.
• Strong CRM and data flow understanding across marketing tech stack.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Marketo operations and ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Drive optimization of campaigns and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Translate marketing requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Collaborate on strategic Marketo overhaul to reduce technical debt.
• Oversee List Operations with focus on data hygiene and segmentation.
