Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with a deep Marketo focus to automate and optimize our marketing engine. You will architect and orchestrate AI-enabled workflows, replacing manual processes and reducing friction across campaigns, data flows, and integrations.

You’ll partner with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver scalable, data-driven campaigns, while driving a high-performance, remote-first culture and continuously improving our MarTech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Marketing Automation Platforms in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Advanced Marketo administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong CRM integration and data hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Marketo operations to support the business with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage, routing issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and AI-assisted automation initiatives.
