Job summary

Pack & Send in Australia and New Zealand (Fortidia ANZ) seeks an executive Marketing Leader to own and execute the AI-first marketing strategy across PACK & SEND Australia and New Zealand and Kwik Kopy Australia. You will lead and develop a marketing team, set priorities, and build AI-native workflows across the network.

Qualifications

10+ years of team management in marketing.
Experience leading multiple brands/networks simultaneously.
Proven track record integrating AI into marketing ops (hands-on coding/scripting, API integrations).
Ability to articulate technical AI systems and workflows to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a marketing team across PACK & SEND ANZ and Kwik Kopy.
Plan resourcing and ensure consistent delivery standards across the network.
Embed AI-first workflows across social publishing, comms, reporting, and newsletters.
Build/configure integrations between marketing systems and AI tools (APIs, automation platforms).
Evaluate AI vendors and run proof-of-concept studies; own build-vs-buy decisions.
