Motion Bound Pictures in Sydney’s NSW region seeks a Marketing & Client Manager to be the main client contact, manage bookings and drive growth. You’ll coordinate enquiries, schedule shoots, and maintain client communications from inquiry to delivery, working closely with production leads and the Director.

You’ll lead AI‑driven marketing and automation projects, build smarter workflows, and contribute to business development while staying hands‑on across content planning and client relations.

• Experience in a creative/production environment is highly regarded.

• Check production availability and allocate shooters.
• Set up jobs and initial internal tasks.
• Coordinate delivery of completed work to clients.
• Handle feedback and revisions; coordinate internally.
• Manage social media planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Develop content strategies and monthly content plans.
• Oversee MBP marketing activity across channels.
• Monitor inbound leads through CRM and follow-ups.
• Assist with prospecting, lead generation and business development.
• Qualify opportunities before larger sales conversations.
• Maintain accurate client, booking and lead data.
• Collaborate with Production/ Post-Production leads to align expectations.
• Support the team with related tasks to progress the business.
