Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred).
• CRM integration experience with Salesforce and data syncing.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Marketo operations for reliable campaigns.
• Investigate funnel leakage and troubleshoot routing and scoring issues with Salesforce.
• Drive campaign optimization and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align processes.
• Oversee List Operations and data hygiene.
• Document systems and workflows clearly.
