Job summary

Advance Thinking is seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major General Insurance transformation in Sydney. You will drive requirements, process improvement and delivery across discovery, mapping and migration of policies from legacy systems to a cloud-based platform.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across business, product and technology teams, with exposure to complex insurance product migrations and AI-enabled discovery.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in General Insurance transformations.
• Experience working across business, technology, insurance products and complex transformation.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and map current vs. future-state processes.
• Experience leading discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience with data and platform migration activities is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-enabled discovery or analysis is advantageous.
