Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a major transformation. You will lead migration and data baselining initiatives, map future-state processes, and manage executive stakeholder governance packs.

The role requires proven senior B.A. experience, strong analytical problem solving, and the ability to design cohorts and lifecycle tracking across heterogeneous IT systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Led large-scale customer migration or network transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise customer data baselining and cross-system dependency mapping.
• Skilled in cohorting, prioritization scoring, and lifecycle tracking frameworks.
• Experience preparing governance decision packs for senior executives.
• Expertise in future-state process mapping, risk mitigation, and customer journey design.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills for high-risk customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish an Authoritative Customer Migration Baseline to create a single source of truth.
• Build a robust scoring methodology and framework to group customers into cohorts and waves.
• Map and design end-to-end Customer Migration Journeys with future-state processes.
• Perform detailed impact assessments across commercial, IT systems and reporting.
• Develop executive funding packs and governance materials; maintain stakeholder logs.
• Formulate a Customer Engagement Plan to mitigate risk during network transitions.
• Prepare transition and handover documentation for seamless customer-led execution.
