Quik Corp Pty Ltd in Coolum Beach is seeking a resourceful IT and systems lead to own our business technology stack. You will manage CRM functionality, automate tasks, and build reports using AI tools daily.

Responsibilities include integrating Shopify/WooCommerce with our core platforms, maintaining HubSpot and ShipStation workflows, and providing practical IT support to staff. This hands-on role offers direct access to the leadership team and a clear improvement brief.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, and a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfort with integrations, data cleaning, and automation tools (Zapier/Make).

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve CRM functionality, build automations and reports.
• Improve internal system integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation and HubSpot.
• Manage and grow Shopify and WooCommerce stores: products, checkout, apps and plugins, email flows and conversion.
• Provide hands-on IT support: Microsoft 365, user accounts, laptops, printers, network, VPN, servers and backups.
• Support and train staff on HubSpot, Odoo and ShipStation.
• Review and optimise our digital phone systems to improve the customer experience.
• Work with our marketing agency and external specialists to support paid advertising, and document everything you build.
