Job summary

Quik Corp Pty Ltd in Coolum Beach is seeking a resourceful IT and systems lead to own our business technology stack. You will manage CRM functionality, automate tasks, and build reports using AI tools daily.

Responsibilities include integrating Shopify/WooCommerce with our core platforms, maintaining HubSpot and ShipStation workflows, and providing practical IT support to staff. This hands-on role offers direct access to the leadership team and a clear improvement brief.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, and a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfort with integrations, data cleaning, and automation tools (Zapier/Make).

• Support and train staff on HubSpot, Odoo and ShipStation.
• Review and optimise our digital phone systems to improve the customer experience.
• Work with our marketing agency and external specialists to support paid advertising, and document everything you build.

Quik Corp is an Australian manufacturer of agricultural spray equipment, firefighting units and emergency service vehicle builds, based at Coolum Beach. We sell online through the Quik Spray Parts Store and our Bioweed brand. We have about 150 team members across Coolum Beach and Victoria.

About the role

We're looking for a resourceful, tech-confident person to own the systems that run our business. You'll be the go-to person for IT and use AI tools every day to learn fast, automate tasks and solve problems.

Key responsibilities

Administer and improve our CRM functionality, build automations and reports

Improve internal system integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation and HubSpot

Manage and grow our Shopify and WooCommerce stores: products, checkout, apps and plugins, email flows and conversion

Provide hands-on IT support: Microsoft 365, user accounts, laptops, printers, network, VPN, servers and backups

Support and train staff on HubSpot, Odoo and ShipStation

Review and optimise our digital phone systems to improve the customer experience

About you

Confident, daily user of AI tools to research, troubleshoot and build

Experience with at least some of: Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, Shopify or WooCommerce, a CRM (HubSpot ideal), ShipStation or similar

Comfortable with integrations, spreadsheets and data cleaning; Zapier, Make or APIs a plus

Practical IT support skills and a calm, helpful manner with non-technical staff

Organised: you work from a ticket queue, keep notes and finish what you start

Full Australian working rights; able to start immediately

Permanent, Monday to Friday, on-site role at Coolum Beach (part-time may be considered in future)
