Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect in the ANZ Partner Success team to deliver hands-on technical leadership for AI and data solutions. You will architect and implement scalable integrations, coach cross-functional teams, and partner with GSIs to drive successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technology-facing role (e.g., product delivery, consulting).
Experience with Salesforce platforms and AI solutions (Agentforce, Data Cloud).
Ability to design and implement scalable, integrated AI/data solutions for partners.

Responsibilities

Design scalable technical solutions, aligning business and technical requirements.
Serve as strategic advisor and platform expert to Salesforce Partners.
Provide hands-on technical consulting, configuration, and implementation for AI/data solutions.
Mentor and coach teams on delivery and new innovations (e.g., AIForce, MCP).
Lead pre-sales actions by shaping technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
