Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect in the Alliances & Channel’s Partner Success team for ANZ. You will act as a senior, trusted advisor to our partners, translating complex requirements into scalable technical architectures and guiding pre‑sales and delivery activities.

You’ll lead with strategic solution design, mentor diverse teams, and demonstrate Salesforce Platform, AI and Data Cloud capabilities (including Agentforce).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology-facing roles (delivery, consulting, or product).
• Strong architecture and integration design experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for partners.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical solutions and act as advisor lead architect for partners.
• Mentor diverse teams on technical delivery and latest innovations.
• Provide hands-on technical consulting, configuration, and implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with Partner teams and internal groups to steer early solution evaluations and planning.
• Lead pre-sales activities by presenting AI solutions and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
