CodeRabbit seeks a Product Advocate to bridge AI-driven code review technology with developers. You will troubleshoot, educate customers, and drive product adoption through real-time support and proactive guidance.

You’ll work with customers across distributed teams, gather feedback, help resolve edge cases, and collaborate with developers to improve the product. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2+ years in technical support, software engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across distributed customers.
• Customer obsession and passion for high-quality customer experience.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and version control tools (Git).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, debug, reproduce and resolve complex technical issues with customers.
• Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value.
• Set up Zoom calls to resolve issues and enhance product adoption.
• Support sales in customer conversion and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with developers to identify defects and product improvements.
• Test new features and build tools to scale deployments and auto-support.
• Analyze customer base to mitigate risks in the install base.
• Contribute to product changes with feedback from customers and partners.
• Develop knowledge bases and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide support on weekdays and off-hours per rotation.
• Champion the customer to maximize investment value in CodeRabbit.
