Supreme Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager in Sydney to drive AI, automation and Microsoft solution-based growth. You will own Australian mid-market to enterprise relationships, work with CIOs and senior leaders, and guide opportunities from discovery to signed SOW.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, automation, AI or comparable technology solutions.
• Experience selling professional services into Australian mid-market and/or enterprise organisations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Identify automation, AI and digital transformation opportunities within prospective customers.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from initial conversation through discovery, proposal and signed Statement of Work.
• Work alongside solution architects and technical specialists to develop commercially compelling solutions.
• Build relationships with CIOs, COOs, digital transformation leaders and other senior stakeholders.
• Develop strategic relationships and co-sell opportunities within the Microsoft and broader technology ecosystem.
• Facilitate client workshops and roundtables focused on automation, process improvement and emerging AI capabilities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity reporting through Dynamics 365.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure new engagements transition smoothly from sales into execution.
