Job summary

x15 delivers AI-enabled value across its Workplace and shared services teams, partnering with CommBank to accelerate AI adoption and productivity. The AI Delivery & Enablement Manager will drive use-case discovery, pilots, rollout and sustained adoption, turning AI tooling strategy into practical delivery across Core Technology and ventures.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools and governance, plus strong facilitation skills to train teams, build capabilities, and measure outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot through to sustained adoption.
• Strong delivery and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience aligning stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions, and resolving delivery barriers.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, including assistants, agents or automation to business workflows, with the ability to prototype practical use cases, evaluate output quality and limitations, and explain trade offs to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering hands-on workshops, coaching or adoption programs that build confidence and change day-to-day practices.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the curiosity to test and deploy AI capabilities that can transform ways of workings in the organisation.

Responsibilities

• AI adoption: translate the x15 roadmap into prioritised use cases; prototype, test and embed AI-enabled workflows and practices.
• AI tooling delivery and governance: own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies applying the x15 change framework to enable rollout.
• Capability building: identify skills gaps, develop understanding of CommBank roadmap in AI for engineering and knowledge workers to build the AI Hub with guides and templates.
• Experimentation and impact: run pilots with success criteria; track adoption and improvements in time, quality or cost; iterate or scale.
• Stakeholder engagement: explain roadmap, align teams on priorities, and partner with CommBank to share learnings.

Where would you fit?

The AI Delivery & Enablement Manager role resides in the Workplace and shared services team (8), responsible for technical support and shared IT services, and reports to the Head of Workplace. Workplace is one of four x15 Core Technology teams (20) collectively providing engineering, platform operations, assurance and support services to x15 Ventures.

Role Overview

The AI Delivery & Enablement Manager drives the safe, effective adoption of AI capabilities across x15, enhancing workforce productivity and accelerating engineering.

The role works across x15 Core and ventures to turn AI tooling strategy and priorities into practical delivery, leading use-case discovery, pilots, rollout and sustained adoption. Central to the role is partnering closely with CBA counterparts to align approaches, share expertise and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Working with the Senior Manager Operations & AI Enablement, this role will drive and coordinate prioritised opportunities, own delivery plans and measure outcomes, with clear accountability and security, risk and governance requirements embedded from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• AI adoption: translate the x15 roadmap into prioritised use cases; working with teams to prototype, test and embed AI-enabled workflows and practices.
• AI tooling delivery and governance: own agreed delivery plans, milestones and dependencies applying the x15 change framework where required to successfully enable rollout.
• Capability building: identify skills gaps and opportunities, develop deep understanding of CommBank roadmap and priorities in the context of AI for engineering and knowledge workers to build the AI Hub with guides, templates and tested workflows. Deliver hands‑on workshops and demonstrations, working closely with the x15 People Experience team to rollout and embed capabilities for the x15 workforce.
• Experimentation and impact: run time-bound pilots with agreed success criteria; track sustained adoption and improvements in time, quality or cost; use feedback to iterate, scale or stop initiatives. Escalate delivery barriers to the Senior Manager Operations & AI.
• Stakeholder engagement: explain the enablement and deployment roadmap, including the trade offs; align x15 teams on priorities, dependencies and decisions; use employee feedback to improve the roadmap; and partner seamlessly with CommBank teams to understand their strategy, roadmap and learnings.
