Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s x15 Ventures seeks an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager to drive safe, effective AI adoption across x15, boosting productivity and accelerating engineering. You will lead use-case discovery, pilots, rollout, and sustained adoption in collaboration with CBA counterparts.

The role reports to the Head of Workplace, and sits within the Workplace and Shared Services team, delivering AI-enabled capabilities to engineering and knowledge workers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot through to sustained adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Strong delivery and organisational skills, handling multiple initiatives and dependencies in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience aligning stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions, resolving delivery barriers.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business workflows, prototyping use cases and evaluating outputs.
• Experience delivering hands-on workshops and adoption programs that build confidence and change day-to-day practices.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to deploy AI capabilities across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• AI adoption: translate roadmap into prioritised use cases and embed AI-enabled workflows.
• AI tooling delivery and governance: own delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Capability building: identify gaps, design guides, templates and workshops to roll out capabilities.
• Experimentation and impact: run pilots, track adoption, and iterate, scale, or stop initiatives.
• Stakeholder engagement: align teams on priorities and decisions with clear trade-offs.
