Job summary

x15 ventures, backed by Commonwealth Bank Group, is seeking an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager to drive safe, effective AI adoption across the x15 Core Technology and ventures. You will lead use-case discovery, pilots, rollout and sustained adoption, coordinating with CBA counterparts to align strategies and share expertise.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead technology initiatives from pilot to adoption.
Strong delivery and organisational skills in fast-changing environments.
Experience aligning technology, business and enabling functions.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools in business workﬂows.
Experience delivering hands-on workshops and adoption programs.

Responsibilities

Translate roadmap into prioritised AI-enabled workflows and pilots.
Own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies using the x15 change framework.
Build capabilities by identifying skills gaps and delivering workshops with the People Experience team.
Run time-bound pilots with clear success criteria and track adoption.
Engage stakeholders and align x15 teams with CommBank strategy and learnings.
