Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Loveland Sales Manager to drive growth and promote Loveland technologies across the designated Australian region. The role reports to the Loveland Agri Products Business Lead and focuses on achieving sales goals and delivering technical support to customers and retailers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales leadership background in agriculture, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel frequently across Australia.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in sales leadership within agriculture.
• Solid knowledge of agricultural products and cropping systems.
• Degree in agronomy/plant science or a related field and evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Promote, position, and drive sales of Loveland technologies with stakeholders and customers.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales goals through targeted activities and engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to annual strategic business planning.
• Collaborate with distribution management and sales teams to support sales outcomes.
• Provide marketing, agronomic, and technical information to position Loveland products correctly.
• Serve as a key technical resource for Loveland products across the area.
• Deliver excellent customer service by solving problems with practical solutions.
