Job summary

Kenway and Clark is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and implements across regional NSW. You will work closely with farmers, contractors and operators to identify opportunities, understand business needs, and tailor solutions that boost productivity and efficiency.

The role emphasizes active territory development, strong sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships built on knowledge, trust and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer operations and ability to discuss machinery needs confidently.
• Experience using CRM systems and standard sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with farmers, contractors and operators.
• Develop a detailed understanding of customer operations and future needs.
• Provide informed equipment recommendations, not just price quotes.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate machinery and coordinate trials.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate deals through to completion.
• Prospect new business while maintaining existing relationships.
• Manage territory, pipeline and follow-up activities professionally.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service for aftersales support.
• Stay engaged after delivery to ensure value from the investment.
