Job summary

Stag Machinery Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for agricultural and construction machinery in Toowoomba, Dalby and Chinchilla. You will promote and sell a broad range of equipment to farmers, contractors and agribusiness clients, building long-term relationships and providing tailored solutions.

You will conduct on-site demonstrations, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales while collaborating with parts and service teams to deliver exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in machinery sales.
• Strong understanding of farming operations and equipment applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Australian work rights.

About the Role

Stag Machinery Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery to join our growing team in Toowoomba, Dalby and Chinchilla.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of agricultural and construction equipment to farmers, contractors, and agribusiness clients. Success in this position will rely on your ability to build long-term relationships, understand customer operations, and provide tailored machinery solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

About You

• Proven experience in agricultural or construction machinery sales (or a related industry)

• 3-5 years’ experience in machinery sales preferred

• Strong understanding of farming operations and construction equipment applications

• Knowledge of Agricultural machinery, and implements highly regarded

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

• Australian work rights
