AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Project Management (Water Infrastructure) in Perth to lead complex water projects. You will partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams across the project life cycle, from planning through construction and operations, delivering high-impact solutions and robust risk management.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and program governance.

Formación

• A strong foundation in project management.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
• Ideally, experience within the water & wastewater industry.
• Proven client-side experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills, with experience in consulting, construction, or professional services highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.
