Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager ready to step into an Associate Director role within our Perth Water Infrastructure team. You will lead complex programs across the project life cycle, partnering with clients and delivering innovative solutions for water sector challenges in Australia.

In this trusted role, you’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate design, contract administration, and risk management, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong experience in managing complex projects across the water sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders including consultants, contractors and clients.
• Experience in design management, tendering and contract administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact results.
