Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Part-time Home Services Officer (All-Rounder) to support residents at the Lowood Aged Care Facility. You will assist with meals, dining room service, and provide cleaning and laundry support, helping create a clean, welcoming environment that enhances wellbeing.

You’ll follow food safety and infection control practices, work as part of the hospitality team, and contribute to person-centred service. A rewarding role within Australia’s leading aged care network.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food services, cleaning, laundry or a similar role.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing quality service.
• Understanding of food safety, infection control and cleaning practices.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal preparation, meal service and dining room support.
• Cleaning resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard.
• Providing laundry services, including caring for resident clothing and linen.
• Following food safety, infection control and hygiene practices.
• Working as part of the hospitality team to deliver quality daily services.
