Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a proactive Roster Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team at Maroochydore. You will coordinate rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care, occupancy targets, and daily operations within our 130-bed aged care community.

The role requires rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning experience in healthcare, proficiency with CMS, and the ability to manage vacancies and leave requests.

In this key role, you will coordinate workforce rosters and staffing allocations to ensure our resident care requirements, occupancy levels, and operational needs are effectively supported.
