Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Roster Coordinator for our Maroochydore aged care community on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care, occupancy targets and day-to-day operations with a focus on service quality.

The role requires experience in rostering or workforce planning in aged care or health, proactivity in filling vacancies, and collaboration with operational leaders on leave and staff availability.

Qualifications

• Experience rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning within the aged care or healthcare sector.
• Experience using scheduling and client management systems (CMS).
• Ability to proactively manage roster vacancies and coordinate shift replacements.
• Experience processing and coordinating employee leave with operational leaders.
• Understanding of aged care operations and resident rights (desirable).
• Willingness to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening.

Responsibilities

Job Description:About the Opportunity:As our Roster Coordinator, you'll be part of an experienced and dedicated team supporting the delivery of quality care at St Vincent's Care Maroochydore.
