St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff is seeking a compassionate Rostering Coordinator to join our warm, professional team. This permanent part-time role requires 2 days per week (Mondays and another day), focusing on staffing, scheduling, and rostering for our aged care residents.

You will manage attendance systems (Kronos/UKG, FMR, Workday), ensure accurate rosters, maintain databases, and support resident-centred care with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating staff rostering in residential facilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and attendance records.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage administrative requirements for staff scheduling in a residential facility.
• Process rostering, attendance and database management systems.
• Support care plans and resident rights through accurate scheduling.
