Job summary

St Vincent's Care Maroochydore is seeking a RostER Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate workforce rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care requirements, occupancy targets, and operational needs within a modern 130-bed aged care setting.

Located on the Sunshine Coast, you will play a key role in maintaining service delivery, coordinating leave, and ensuring staff are scheduled to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering or workforce planning experience in aged care or healthcare.
• Experience using scheduling and CMS systems.
• Ability to proactively manage roster vacancies and coordinate shift replacements.
• Experience processing and coordinating employee leave requests with operational leaders.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of aged care operations and resident rights (desirable).
• Willingness to obtain Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (essential).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one (essential).
