Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking a Client Relationship Partner to grow residential products and services within a defined territory. Based in Melbourne, you will work with a sales team to convert leads and recruit new residential customers.

You will guide customers through My Aged Care processes, register them, and build trusted networks with doctors and community partners. Aiming to enhance wellbeing and quality of life, you’ll travel between sites and contribute to community

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales/relationship experience
• Ability to negotiate and build trust
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and representatives to access and register with MAC
• Manage relationships with prospective customers and their nominated representatives
• Record and track customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
• Arrange and conduct site tours, ensuring rooms are sales-ready
• Identify customer needs and align them with BaptistCare services
• Develop referral networks with GPs, hospitals and community groups
• Travel between sites as required and participate in ongoing training
