Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Australian residential aged care in NSW, offering secure Full-Time or Part-Time hours and a supportive team focused on high-quality resident care. The role covers clinical care, medication administration, wound care, and supervision of ENs/PCAs, with thorough documentation and readiness to respond to changes and escalations.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an RN (unrestricted).
• Experience as an RN in Australian residential aged care.
• Full, unrestricted Australian work rights; no visa sponsorship.
• Available across AM, PM and Night shifts with rotating weekends.
• For Part-Time, minimum 3 shifts per week; for Full-Time, 5 shifts per week.
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date immunisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard clinical care, health assessments, and care planning for residents.

Essential Criteria (Must Have)

• AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Aged Care Experience: Proven experience as an RN within an Australian residential aged care setting.
• Australian Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
• Flexible Availability: Must be available and flexible across AM, PM, and Night shifts (ND), including rotating weekend work.
• Shift Commitment: Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week for Part-Time or 5 shifts per week for Full-Time.
• Compliance: Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening) and up-to-date immunisations.
