Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a Night Duty Registered Nurse to lead and oversee clinical care and resident safety during night shifts in our aged care facility in Echuca, Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have proven aged care experience, be comfortable acting as RN in Charge, and hold current AHPRA registration. The role offers a set fortnightly roster with night shift penalties and a supportive team environment.

The Roster & Flexibility:

This is a part-time position with a set fortnightly roster, but we do require flexibility across the following nights:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Requirements:

• Aged Care Experience: Proven experience working within the Australian Aged Care sector is essential. You understand the unique clinical and emotional needs of residents in this setting. This role is not accepting applicants located overseas.

• RN in Charge Capability: Because this is night duty, you must be entirely comfortable and experienced acting as the RN in Charge of the facility, leading a small night team and making independent clinical decisions.

• Active AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
