Job summary

Eden Park Community Aged Care – Whittington VIC is seeking a part-time Quality Coordinator to lead quality systems, audits and compliance for our new residential residence. The role supports accreditation, policy development and continuous improvement while working 2 days per week (Tue & Thu) from 0900 to 1700.

Ideal candidates will hold AHPRA registration (RN), have at least 3 years in aged care quality roles, and demonstrate strong leadership, governance and change-management capabilities

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as RN is mandatory.
• At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a Quality role.
• Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding.
• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process.
• Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes.
• NDIS Clearance.
• Be able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in continuous improvement aligned with Aged Care Standards and requirements.
• Support accreditation, auditing, and policy protocols to achieve 100% compliance.
• Coordinate and educate clinical staff on quality processes and governance.
• Monitor and report on quality performance across the residence.
