Job summary

Eden Park Community Aged Care is seeking a part-time Quality Coordinator to support continuous improvement, compliance, and accreditation across our new residential aged care residence in Geelong. The role emphasizes understanding Aged Care Standards and five key quality areas, with responsibilities spanning audits, policy adherence, and staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have AHPRA RN registration.
• Ideally 3+ years aged care experience, preferably in a Quality role.
• Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care accreditation processes and standards.
• Experience with auditing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in continuous improvement aligned with Aged Care Standards.
• Support compliance, accreditation, audits and policy reviews.
• Educate and mentor clinical staff on quality and governance.
• Contribute to maintaining 100% compliance with Quality Standards.
