Respect is seeking an AHPRA-registered nurse to join our residential aged care communities as a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator. You will work beyond direct care, shaping resident outcomes through governance, audits and quality improvement.

Based in Victoria, this permanent full-time role offers on-site work across multiple locations including Bayview, Portland VIC and other sites. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical governance experience and a passion for quality improvements.

Formación

• AHPRA-registered nurse with residential aged care experience is required.
• Strong grounding in clinical governance and quality improvement is essential.
• Permanent full-time on-site position across multiple locations.
