Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver personalised therapy programs in Residential Aged Care, working with a multidisciplinary team to support mobility and functional goals. The role covers RAC and community settings, with opportunities to engage in one‑to‑one as well as group activities.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration required.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence‑based therapy programs including mobility and functional programs.
• Conduct care plan reviews and provide one‑to‑one interventions.
• Contribute to group‑based active ageing services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care and Community settings.
