Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for Blue Hills Manor in Prestons. The role focuses on creating, planning, implementing and evaluating a diverse leisure and lifestyle program tailored to each resident’s life experiences and goals.

You will lead a small team, deliver meaningful activities, and collaborate with residents and families to achieve the best outcomes. Training and support are provided in a supportive, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate 4 in Leisure and Health or related qualification.
• Current Driver’s license.
• Previous experience in the Aged Care sector.
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current Aged Care Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging activities tailored to each resident's preferences, goals and life experiences.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate a diverse leisure and lifestyle program.
• Lead and support a team to deliver meaningful activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with residents, families and care teams to tailor programs.
