Job summary

Grampians Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as an Aged Care Education Coordinator. You will work with the Professional Development Lead and Aged Care Clinical Nurse Educators to plan, deliver, and evaluate education programs, promoting best practice and compliance with relevant standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and the ability to travel between Grampians Health sites to deliver high quality education across aged care services.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Significant contemporary clinical experience in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation and practice standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aged care education and training programs across sites.
• Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirements.
• Deliver education reflecting contemporary aged care practice.
• Evaluate educational outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support to educators and clinical staff.
• Travel across Grampians Health sites as required.
