Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Education Manager in Warragul to lead quality, compliance and clinical education across a medium-sized residential aged care home and community services. You will influence care quality and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with senior leadership.

You are a registered nurse with experience in quality, compliance and education, and you bring a proactive, stakeholder-focused approach to embedding best practice in a close-knit aged care

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with quality/compliance/education experience in aged care.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Quality & Education Manager | Aged Care - Warragul

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in quality, compliance and clinical education in the aged care space? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership position with a respected aged care provider, where you can influence care quality, support clinical excellence and drive continuous improvement across residential and community aged care services.

Working closely with the CEO and General Managers, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality systems, supporting staff development and ensuring the organisation continues to deliver exceptional care.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of quality, compliance and education initiatives across a medium sized residential aged care home and associated community care services.

With many of the foundations already established, this role offers the opportunity to further strengthen systems, embed best practice and support the organisation through ongoing regulatory and quality improvements.

You are a confident and motivated clinical professional who enjoys bringing people together, improving systems and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable
• Experience in quality, compliance, clinical education or continuous improvement within aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting positive change.
