Infinite Care is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our Mt Lofty facility. You will manage kitchen operations, prepare meals, and lead a small team to deliver healthy, nutritious, home-style meals for residents. Base Salary $73,000–$85,000.

You will oversee menu planning, food safety compliance, and cost control, while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction. This role requires a 7-day roster and commitment to high-quality service.

About the Role

We are seeking a Qualified Chef to join our team at our facility in Mt Lofty. You will manage kitchen operations, prepare meals, and lead a small team to deliver healthy, nutritious, home‑style meals for residents. Base Salary $73,000–$85,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals that meet individual resident dietary requirements, including special diets and texture‑modified foods.
• Plan menus and develop recipes.
• Control food costs within budget, conduct stock takes, and place orders.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques in compliance with food safety legislation.
• Follow cleaning schedules and documentation requirements; perform regular audits.
• Ensure team complies with strict food safety and hygiene standards in aged care.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team to provide outstanding customer service and quality food.
