Calvary Health Care in Norlane is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Chef to plan, prepare and oversee meals for residents, ensuring dietary needs and cultural preferences are met. You will lead kitchen operations in the absence of management and collaborate with clinical staff on dietary interventions.

Experience in bulk cooking and Aged Care settings is essential, with ability to manage menus, budgets and food ordering. HLTFSE001 or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk cooking and food preparation.
• Aged care or healthcare setting experience.
• Ability to plan menus to meet standards and бюджет.

• Completion of HLTFSE001 or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Plans, prepares and oversees daily meals and beverages for residents, meeting individual needs and dietary requirements.
• Leads kitchen operations in absence of Home Manager or Chef Manager.
• Liaises with Clinical Leadership to review dietary requirements and document interventions.
• Maintains kitchen and hospitality areas clean and safe; addresses hazards promptly.
