2C Care Services is seeking an experienced Aged Care Billing & Claims Officer to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. You’ll manage Support at Home billing, government claims via PRODA/ACPP, and accounts receivable in a hybrid setup.

The role is up to 20 hours per week, with about one day in our Sydney office and remaining hours remote. Prior aged care billing experience is essential; proficiency in Xero and Excel is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Previous hands-on aged care billing experience is mandatory.
• Experience with government-funded aged care programs (HCP/Support at Home).
• Proficiency using PRODA/ACPP for aged care claims.
• Strong accounts receivable, reconciliation and financial administration skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines in a hybrid setup.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, submit and follow up on government funding claims for Support at Home via ACPP/PRODA.
• Manage aged care billing including invoices, contributions and payment records.
• Reconcile services delivered against funding approvals and service records.
• Monitor funding balances, claim payments and outstanding amounts.
• Investigate and resolve rejected claims and billing discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payment allocation and debtor follow-up.
• Collaborate with care coordination team to ensure timely billing.
• Maintain accurate client records with privacy compliance.
