Job summary

2C Care Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing and PRODA claims for Support at Home services in Sydney. The role combines Sydney office days with home-based work, with on-site days agreed with the team.

You will monitor client funding balances and reconcile services delivered against funding, manage the accounts receivable cycle, and liaise with the coordination team to resolve billing queries, while upholding privacy and accuracy in records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Experience with funded care programs (e.g., Support at Home) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently from home with a reliable setup.
• Right to work in Australia and valid checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge claims and invoices for Support at Home services in line with budgets and rules.
• Calculate and invoice client contributions under Support at Home.
• Monitor client funding balances and reconcile services delivered against funding and claims.
• Manage the accounts receivable cycle: invoicing, receipts, payment allocation, debtor follow-up.
• Reconcile payments received from government and funding bodies.
• Work with the coordination team to resolve billing queries and service-record discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential financial and client records in line with privacy when remote.
• Communicate clearly with clients and families.
