Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Worker to support residents with daily living, nutrition, and comfort across our homes.

You will collaborate with a compassionate team to assist residents with challenging needs, monitor health, and promote activity while respecting privacy and dignity in every interaction.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, with solid documentation and computer skills to support care plans and records.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and provide companionship.
• Protect each resident’s privacy and dignity at all times.
