Estia Health is seeking compassionate staff to support residents with meals and hydration as part of our person-centred care framework. You will join a front-of-house and back-of-house team ensuring residents are well-fed, comfortable and engaged.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert III or IV in Aged Care, are strong communicators and dedicated to respect and dignity for every resident. We value teamwork and a caring approach across our Queensland homes.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care.
• Ability to help residents with meals and hydration following guidelines.
• Respect resident privacy and dignity at all times.
• Great communicator and true team player.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – help residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with team to assist residents who require additional support and care.
• Help residents enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
• Be a supportive friend to residents.
• Ensure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
