Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a part-time RACS Business Analyst in Kew to support the financial, operational and administrative management of Residential Aged Care Services across Berengarra, Auburn House and Prague House. The role reports to the RACS Business Manager and focuses on reporting, process improvement and project coordination.

You will work with clinicians and managers to monitor budgets, admissions, occupancy and resident records, ensuring compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyse financial and operational data for Aged Care services.
• Experience providing guidance to residents/families on fees and funding arrangements.
• Experience with budget development, financial monitoring and forecasting.
• Ability to prepare regular performance reports and monitor debtor balances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, occupancy and onboarding processes for Residential Aged Care Services.
• Provide accurate information to residents, families and representatives on accommodation options, services, fees and funding.
• Ensure admission documentation and resident records are completed compliantly and on time.
• Assist Business Manager with budget development, monitoring and forecasting.
• Monitor resident accounts and aged debtor balances, escalating risks as needed.
