Job summary

St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne is seeking an Administration Team Leader to oversee Residential Aged Care Services (RACS) administration across Berengarra, Auburn House and Prague House. You will lead the administration team, coordinate services and ensure high-quality customer service and compliant processes.

The role reports to the RACS Deputy Operations Manager, focusing on workforce planning, coaching and continuous improvement, with flexible arrangements and professional development

Qualifications

• Permanent, Part Time 24 hours per week.
• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.
• Experience in residential aged care administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the RACS administration team, including workforce planning and staff development.
• Deliver high-quality resident and customer service, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and complex administrative matters.
• Oversee resident administration processes, including admissions, transfers, discharges, records management and documentation compliance.
• Manage resident and family communications, including feedback, service updates and engagement activities.
