Job summary

Cappro Pacific in Australia is seeking an experienced Aftersales Truck Parts & Service Contracts Specialist to join its commercial team. This hunter sales role focuses on growing aftermarket parts, service and customer relationships across the transport and fleet sector.

You will develop new and existing fleet customers, selling truck and trailer aftermarket parts, service contracts and related aftersales solutions, visiting operators from single-truck operations to fleets of 10–15+ trucks,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience selling aftermarket truck parts.
• Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of truck and trailer parts.
• Experience dealing with fleet customers and transport operators.
• Proven track record in business development and sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills.
• The confidence to cold call, prospect and win new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with fleet maintenance, workshops, service contracts, truck dealerships, OEMs or aftermarket parts distributors will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of truck and trailer aftermarket parts.
• Identify and win new fleet customers.
• Manage and expand existing fleet relationships.
• Sell service contracts and aftersales solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop strong commercial relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase parts and service revenue.
• Work closely with service, parts and internal OEM teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with fleet owners, transport managers, workshops and purchasing teams.
• Provide customers with technical and commercial advice across parts and service requirements.
