Job summary

TAUS TAKRAF Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Spare Parts Coordinator to manage SAP transactions for DELKOR and TAKRAF spare parts in the warehouse. The role covers receiving, storing, and dispatching parts, with responsibility for inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Includes procurement support, use of SAP and SharePoint, and liaising with facilities/vendors to maintain regulatory compliance. This permanent full-time position offers onsite parking and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably with engineered spare parts.
• Strong technical understanding of engineered spare parts; ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Current forklift licence and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Experience with inventory control systems; SAP experience essential.
• Strong computer skills with data entry and MS Office/Excel.
• Excellent time management, organisation, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone manner.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Overview sheet for DELKOR Aftermarket procurement activities and receive spare parts from suppliers, including incoming quality inspections.
• Safely move, handle, package, receive, and dispatch products using warehouse equipment.
• Verify received quantities, product numbers, and documentation using manual key-in or handheld scanners, resolving discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain accurate spare parts and inventory information in SAP and warehouse databases.
• Ensure inventory is correctly identified, labelled, and stored in designated locations in preparation for stocktakes and efficient warehouse operations.
• Perform periodic cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
• Assist procurement activities by preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, purchasing standards, documentation, quotes, and inventory stocktake requirements using SAP and SharePoint.
• Support DELKOR/TAKRAF Capital Sales projects through receipt and dispatch activities and create RFPs for Facilities maintenance requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for all SAP transactions associated with shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of DELKOR and TAKRAF aftermarket spare parts within the warehouse; dispatching, packaging, sorting of goods and materials; and managing all inventory related functions including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and data integrity with the completion of all transactions or manual paperwork as required. The secondary purpose of facilities coordination involves direct communication with the Facilities owner and 3rd party Vendors to maintain compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Experience with inventory control systems and procedures, with SAP experience essential.
• Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent time management, organisational, numeracy, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner and effective negotiation with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions, procedures, and established requirements.
