Job summary

Rheinmetall Defence Australia – Redbank QLD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team on the afternoon shift, 3pm-11pm.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports the broader Inventory Planning function, including Material Control, Planning, Logistics and SAP data integrity. A Defence clearance is required, and Australian Citizenship is mandatory for eligibility.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations and proven warehouse operational experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate daily workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and integration with planning and logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP for inventory data accuracy and ERP familiarity.
• Eligible to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and leading a dedicated team to ensure accurate, efficient handling of inventory. It plays a key part within the broader Inventory Planning function, supporting material control, planning, logistics and SAP data integrity.

The role will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of warehouse personnel on the afternoon shift, 3pm-11pm.

About your new team

The warehouse function forms a critical component of the broader Inventory Planning team, which also encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, Logistics and SAP Master Data Management.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

• Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations;
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including team supervision and coordination of daily workflows;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment;
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and integration with material planning and logistics functions;
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, for inventory management and data accuracy;
• Hold a current Forklift Licence;
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
