Job summary

TAKRAF Group in Perth is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Spare Parts Coordinator. You will manage SAP transactions for shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of DELKOR and TAKRAF aftermarket spare parts, ensuring inventory accuracy and data integrity.

You will operate warehouse equipment, perform cycle counts, prepare purchase orders, and support AT projects. A minimum of 2 years in warehousing, SAP experience, and a forklift licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations.
• Technical understanding of engineered spare parts and ability to read manuals.
• Current forklift licence and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• SAP experience essential and strong data entry skills.
• Good communication, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow overview sheet for DELKOR Aftermarket procurement activities and receive parts from suppliers.
• Safely move, package, receive and dispatch products using warehouse equipment.
• Verify quantities and documentation; resolve discrepancies as required.
• Enter and maintain spare parts data in SAP and warehouse databases.
• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes; support procurement and inventory tasks.
• Assist with capital sales project support and RFPs for facilities maintenance.
