Job summary
Linktal Recruitment, on behalf of an established technology business in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist. You will provide product support and troubleshoot issues for solar and battery energy storage systems, ensuring a positive experience for customers and installation partners.
The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a competitive salary of $75k-$95k plus Super and opportunities to develop technical expertise in the growing solar
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, after-sales service, or a similar technical role.
- Background in solar, battery storage, electrical products or renewable energy is highly regarded.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers, distributors and installation partners
- Troubleshoot product issues and assist with fault diagnosis for solar and battery energy storage systems
- Guide customers and installers through product setup, configuration and troubleshooting processes
- Coordinate warranty claims, product returns and technical enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions and customer feedback
