Job summary

Wellways Australia is hiring an After Hours Team Leader in Geelong on a permanent part-time basis. The role blends leadership with hands-on after-hours support, rostering, and performance management to ensure 24/7 services are delivered effectively across the organisation.

Applicants should have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, a drivers licence, and relevant checks including NDIS orientation and police/working with children clearances.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate is required.
• Current Police checks and working with children checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties as an After-Hours agent on a dedicated roster.
• Supporting After Hours program operations, including rostering and daily management.
• Supervising staff, providing performance development, training and managing performance.
• Recruiting and onboarding staff, ensuring orientation and development.
• Collecting and reporting data for monitoring and evaluation.
• Improving system response to participants and ensuring services are accountable.
